US President Barack Obama has thrown his support behind Hillary Clinton in the race for the White House. The endorsement comes despite the scandal around Hillary Clinton's e-mails, accusations of having close ties to Wall Street, and an ongoing congressional committee investigation into the 2012 attack on a U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, when Clinton was Secretary of State.
